Many people helped with the elections and I want to give kudos to those that went above the call of duty. Thanks to Dorothy and Ford Anderson, Ann and Willy Brown, Ralph Bresler, Mark Sexton, Debbie Schnieder, Ray Connor, Brent Obershaw, Marilyn Perlman, Stan and Frankie Gorrell, James Whyte, Lynne Helmick, Cookie Heard, Abram Frink, Ed Radcliffe, Kevin Radcliffe, Evelyn Curd, John McGlennon, Harry and Rita Aid, Marian Evert, Sean Heuvel, Kevin Sullivan, Margaret Honn, Mary Minor, Dr.Bob Soloman, Mike and Nancy, Stephanie Moulds, Jennifer Price ( President W&M Young Democrats), Rebecca Mussarra, William and Mary Honk and Wavers, Jamestown High School Honk and Wavers, Marcia Partch, Stacey Cooprider (George Grayson's Office Manager), Jacci Daniel (State Party Political Director),Craig Bieber (State Party Executive Director) and Mary Romano. For those dedicated Dems that toiled and served as election officials and worked for the Voter Registrar/Electoral Board my hat is off to all. You guys and gals work long hours under extreme pressure and really deserve thanks from every voter in the county. I hope I didn't forget anybody...oops...special thanks to my wife Melanie and my daughter Katherine for understanding, giving me space and turning me loose. MH

While the Chairman is thanking everyone else... Publius would like to thank the Chairman. NO person worked harder. Most of those Robb, Davies and Gore signs you saw in the county were put up by the Chairman. He attended countless meetings. He lived on the phone and wore out a set of firestones. He has the ear and respect of other Virginia Democrats and he has gone into his own pocket for our causes. It's not easy being the cute baby seal in this county of killer whales. THANKS
